You Capture-Fresh

I love the weekly You Capture assisgnment.  This week the theme is Fresh. The other night I made The Pioneer Woman’s Monkey Bread.  My fiance’ said that it smelled like love. I love the smells that come from the kitchen as I bake.   Nothing smells as good as fresh baked dessert!

Food!

One of my guilty pleasures is photographing my food.  In my family food is an expression of love and togetherness.  I have recently started a project documenting all of my family recipes.  Many of my grandmother’s recipes are “a little of this, and a dash of that.”  I hope to incorporate my two favorite loves–photography and food, into a wonderful keepsake cookbook…
